Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Esland Care. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children in our residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to children, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of individualized care plans, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean, safe, and organized living environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices in residential childcare and therapeutic approaches.

Requirements:

  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • Values aligned with Esland Care's approach to therapeutic, person-centered care.
  • Aged 21 or above, due to industry regulations.
  • Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential.
