Accounts Payable Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our dynamic Finance Department in Woking, UK.
The successful candidate will contribute to the seamless functioning of the Accounts Payable team and assist with overall business performance and growth by ensuring that supplier invoices are handled appropriately and internal and external stakeholders are supported as required.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Process UK and overseas purchase ledger invoices and match against purchase orders and goods received.
- Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Communicate with suppliers via email and phone to address their queries and resolve issues.
What We're Looking for
- Previous experience within a finance department as a purchase ledger clerk or similar role.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel.
