We're seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Development Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, driven by targets, and eager to take on new challenges.

About the Role

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth across your region. With full autonomy to sell solutions, add value, and utilize our innovative products, you'll have the freedom to run your patch like your own business. Your primary goal will be to balance the development of new and critical business opportunities with existing relationships across a wide range of customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, influence, and deliver a strong pipeline of projects with specifiers and contractors.
  • Negotiate, develop, and implement specific business plans to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Promote early pre-tender engagement and prepare and present project-related value propositions and solutions.
  • Attend regular meetings across your region and prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts to support planning.

  • Experience in external sales.
  • Exposure to Specification or Technical Sales would be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to develop value-added presentations.
