Area Sales Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Area Sales Manager to join our team at Marley. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with customers across your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Nurture and expand existing customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present project-related value propositions and solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Attend regular meetings across your region, providing updates on sales performance and progress.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving targets and developing strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
- Experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to develop value-added presentations.
