Job Summary

Responsibilities

The HR Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team
  • Assisting with recruitment and selection processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Supporting employee relations and resolving conflicts

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR practices
  • Experience in HR administration
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £26,000 Pro Rata, plus great benefits and ongoing training and development opportunities.
