Norse Group's HR department has an excellent opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at our Head Office in Norwich. As part of the Employee Relations team, you will be working closely with managers across the Group to provide outstanding HR advice and support.

This is a busy, varied role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting managers with employee relations matters
  • Assisting with the development and review of HR policies and procedures
  • Managing sickness cases and providing support to line managers

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an HR role, with a solid understanding of HR functions and systems. We also offer a range of benefits, including a competitive salary package, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, and pension provision.
