We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our team at Norse Group. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team, delivering high-quality learning and development solutions to our employees. As a Learning & Development Specialist, your primary focus will be on identifying and designing learning solutions and projects to aid employee development and upskilling. You will also be responsible for coaching managers and facilitating discussion on learning needs and conducting gap analysis, monitoring and evaluating learning programmes and their effectiveness within the business, and engaging with the business, providing information, advice, and guidance relevant to learning and development solutions. In addition, you will maintain accurate records of learning programmes and participant engagement. To be considered for this role, you must have CIPD qualified or equivalent in Learning & Development, demonstrable experience in developing and delivering high-quality learning and development solutions, and previous experience working within a similar role in a Learning & Development environment. We offer a competitive salary package, including £58,000 per annum, plus benefits such as 25 Days annual leave + bank holidays, 8-week sickness pay scheme + Statutory NEST Pension, On-site free parking, and Professional training and development opportunities.
