We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Château de Mercuès. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for the preparation and service of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas, in line with the Château de Mercuès culinary vision.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Contribute to the development of the Château de Mercuès culinary brand, through participation in food festivals, events, and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a 2 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes, with a focus on attention to detail and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a calm and mature approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety procedures.
