Business Development Representative

Vitality Corporate Services Limited seeks a highly motivated Sales and Retention Executive to join its team.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the retention and acquisition of new customers.
The working pattern involves Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30, with one late evening per week until 19:00 and two days per week in our Stockport office.
You will receive a competitive salary package, including:
- A basic salary of £26,500 after six months
- Up to an additional £18,000 in OTE
Other benefits include 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to five days each year.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
