About the JobWe are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Sales Executive to contact business owners, set up online product demonstrations, and generate new business opportunities. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with experienced sales trainers to develop your skills and achieve your career goals.
The role involves:
- Contacting business owners to discuss their HR needs and demonstrate our software solutions
- Generating and qualifying new business opportunities through phone, email, and social media
- Working closely with senior sales colleagues to gain an understanding of the sales process and potential next steps in your career
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- £25,000 base salary
- £45,000 - £55,000 OTE (uncapped bonus scheme)
- 25 days' holiday + bank holidays increase after 2 and 5 years' service

As a Graduate Sales Executive, you can expect:
- To join the Sales Academy and develop your selling techniques through close collaboration with sales trainers
- Lots of product training, systems training, and e-learning
- To start speaking with HR professionals and selling our software platform from the first month
- A gradual ramp-up to your full target over the first 6 months
- To consistently meet or exceed your targets each week/month from 6-18 months
