About The Role

As a Front Office Team Lead at The Hoxton, Holborn, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our Front Office, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. This role involves working closely with our teams to maintain high occupancy levels, resolving any issues that may arise, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the front desk, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front Office Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
