Salary Information:
">The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £33,600 + Expected average annual service charge of £3,600.
About the Role:
">The Front Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the department on a day-to-day basis. This includes leading by example, demonstrating genuine passion for guest service, and maintaining and enhancing our excellent 'surprise and delight' culture.
Key responsibilities include assessing guest issues, taking prompt action to resolve them, overseeing handling of special room requests, and ensuring effective communication with other departments.
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you will need a background in luxury hospitality, previous experience supervising a team, a proactive approach with a self-driven attitude, and excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of Opera is highly desirable, but not essential.
