Job Description:
The Maintenance Instructor role at British Airways is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our training team. Working from our Heathrow Airport base, you will be responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating aircraft maintenance training for our apprentices, engineering colleagues, and external customers.
You will create and update a range of Category A & B level Part-66 Modules, Part-66 B1 & B2 Aircraft Type, Part-145, and Part-M courses, ensuring compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations in a highly regulated environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in developing and delivering aircraft maintenance training in a Part-147 training organization or be a licensed engineer with a passion for sharing knowledge.
Your expertise should include excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Language (CEFR).
