Job Title: Clinical Innovation Adoption Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Innovation Adoption Project Manager to join our Transformation Unit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the adoption and adaptation of innovations across the region, engaging with clinicians and managers from providers and commissioners, and working on projects that address clinical priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the adoption and adaptation of innovations across the region
  • Engage with clinicians and managers from providers and commissioners
  • Work on projects that address clinical priorities
  • Agree implementation plans for uptake nationally and locally of sourced innovative technology
  • Work closely with the Transformation Unit's Strategic and Industry Partnerships team to support commercialisation of innovations
  • Work with the CIA PMO to determine resource requirements
  • Identify risks and issues that are preventing rollout and escalate these to the CIA Oversight Group
  • Use project templates to manage the process of market analysis, implementation, and measuring/monitoring for projects

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of project management in the design, development, and implementation of change management
  • Experience of scoping a project including stakeholder management, project design, and identifying relevant resources
  • Experience of working with clinicians on change projects
  • Deep interest in life science technologies, healthcare innovations, and their implementation
  • Considerable demonstrable experience of working in a complex change environment with multiple stakeholders
