Oxfordshire Projects is seeking a skilled Engineer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of major projects within Oxfordshire. As an Engineer, you will be part of our Oxfordshire Projects delivery team, responsible for managing all engineering activities, including engineering control, setting out, and providing direction to the workforce. You will also lead Quality control systems to ensure compliance with project design and specifications.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the highest possible Health, Safety & Environmental standards are employed across all projects, adhering to Milestone health and safety policy/environmental policy, and actively supporting the Injury Free Environment (IFE) culture. You will also meet client expectations and ensure excellent communication skills with all project stakeholders.

Other key responsibilities include survey and engineering control, responsible for checking all sub-contractor and direct labour works, working with the Site Agent in monitoring HSEQ aspects of the project, including Project Health and Safety File, and keeping accurate records using AutoCAD.

We are looking for a candidate with a good level of experience in civil engineering and workforce supervision, including earthworks, drainage, structures, and Highways. The ability to drive excellent relationships with contacts at all levels, including clients, colleagues, and sub-contractors, is also essential.
