Dynamite Recruitment is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will work as part of a specialist department to assist the team, acting as a key point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including general administrative tasks, diary management, and coordinating appointments.
- Lead performance reviews for a specialist team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Handle compliance documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Raise purchase orders and handle invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Liaise frequently with the Group Board to provide progress updates, ensuring effective communication.
- Maintain records and update accordingly, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
- Experience of providing administrative support in a diverse setting, with excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications.
- Previous knowledge of housing maintenance is desired, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads.
- Demonstrates high standards of customer service skills, with strong communication skills when liaising with internal/external departments, customers, and third parties.
- A team player with the ability to adapt between tasks, with a strong understanding of business operations and administrative procedures.
