About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Case Support Specialist to join our team at Victim Support. As a key member of our Anti-Social Behaviour team, you will provide high-quality support to victims of anti-social behaviour, helping them cope and recover from their experiences.

As a Case Support Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing contact with victims, assessing their needs, and providing them with appropriate information and support. You will work from home, with regular travel required to work across Avon & Somerset, and may be asked to support cases in Dorset and Hampshire.

You will have the skills to provide effective crisis intervention, carry out risk assessments, safety planning, and individual support planning. We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of working in a similar setting or position, who can work independently and prioritise a busy workload.
