About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our fast-paced and collaborative team in Worcester, UK.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the team, including handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with attention to detail.
  • Managing office filing systems and databases with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assisting with the organization of company events and training sessions.
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support to various departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
