Help Desk Operations Manager Job
We are seeking a seasoned Help Desk Operations Manager to lead our facilities help desk team at Adore Recruitment. This dynamic role is based in Basildon and comes with a competitive salary package.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing help desk operations, preferably within the retail sector. They will be responsible for overseeing the efficient day-to-day running of the help desk, coaching and mentoring the help desk supervisor, and collaborating with the operations manager to develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff.
- Oversee the management of helpdesk coordinators, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Participate in regular operations meetings and monthly meetings with the managing director to review help desk performance, identify areas for improvement, and address any issues
- Hold regular meetings with help desk staff to discuss client progress, address concerns, and provide guidance and support
This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced help desk operations manager to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
