Helpdesk Administrator - Luxury Retail Contract
We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join our client's team in Basildon. This company specializes in luxury retail and facilities management, offering a 30k plus package and a dynamic work environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in planned and reactive maintenance and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of accounts. They will provide top-notch customer service, manage engineer schedules, and maintain accurate records using the internal system.
Key Accountabilities:- Administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Dealing with engineers and scheduling them for work assignments and job closures.
- Reacting to facilities issues or repair requests and raising new jobs within the internal system.
- Monitoring email inboxes and ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Coordinating engineer appointments and managing schedules.
- Problem-solving and addressing customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records through PPMS.
- Raising purchase orders and budget reports.
- Updating clients on progress.
- Preparing quotes and performance reports.
