We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join our client's team in Basildon. This company specializes in luxury retail and facilities management, offering a 30k plus package and a dynamic work environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in planned and reactive maintenance and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of accounts. They will provide top-notch customer service, manage engineer schedules, and maintain accurate records using the internal system.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  2. Dealing with engineers and scheduling them for work assignments and job closures.
  3. Reacting to facilities issues or repair requests and raising new jobs within the internal system.
  4. Monitoring email inboxes and ensuring high standards are maintained.
  5. Coordinating engineer appointments and managing schedules.
  6. Problem-solving and addressing customer inquiries efficiently.
  7. Maintaining accurate records through PPMS.
  8. Raising purchase orders and budget reports.
  9. Updating clients on progress.
  10. Preparing quotes and performance reports.
