Facilities Service Coordinator Position
We are hiring a dedicated Facilities Service Coordinator to join our team at Adore Recruitment. This full-time role is based in Basildon and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
The successful candidate will have experience in coordinating facilities services, ideally within the retail sector. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the help desk, supporting the help desk supervisor, and working closely with the operations manager to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Coordinate the activities of helpdesk coordinators, including scheduling and task assignments
- Attend and participate in operations meetings and monthly meetings with the managing director to review help desk performance, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Hold regular meetings with help desk staff to discuss client needs, address concerns, and provide guidance and support
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities service coordinator to grow their skills and contribute to the success of our organization.
Salary: £30,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
