Job Overview

Fulfill a key role in our Facilities and IT team as a skilled Facilities Helpdesk Administrator at GH Engage Limited, based in Basildon. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing proactive support to maintain efficient account management.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in planned and reactive maintenance, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administration Tasks: Perform administrative duties, including updating records and maintaining accurate documentation.
  2. Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule engineers and close jobs upon completion, ensuring timely and efficient task management.
  3. Purchase Orders and Budget Reports: Raise purchase orders and generate budget reports to facilitate smooth financial operations.
  4. Facilities Issue Resolution: React promptly to facilities issues or repair requests, raising jobs on our internal system and ensuring prompt resolution.
  5. Progress Monitoring: Regularly check progress and update clients on the status of their accounts.
