Seeking an experienced Industrial Equipment Specialist to join our team as a Field Service Technician. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing cutting-edge industrial cleaning equipment.

Job Summary

This is a field-based role that requires working independently or alongside a team to tackle complex challenges. You will manage stock and equipment, ensuring your vehicle is always fully prepared, and deliver exceptional customer service at every site.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have mechanical/electrical experience and a strong background in servicing, repairing, and maintaining equipment such as white goods, packaging machinery, forklifts, sweepers, and industrial cleaning machinery. This is a market-leading company within the industrial/commercial valet equipment sector that is going from strength to strength.

Responsibilities:
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial cleaning equipment.
  • Managing stock and equipment, ensuring vehicles are fully prepared.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at every site.
  • Working independently or alongside a team to tackle complex challenges.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work performed and ensuring full compliance with procedures.
