Analytical Equipment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Analytical Equipment Specialist to join our team based in the Milton Keynes area. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with experience in maintaining and troubleshooting analytical laboratory equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, validating, and repairing HPLC and LCMS instruments across the UK. You will work closely with our clients to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- You will be well-versed in all HPLC products, with a focus on pertinent service schedules offered to our clients.
- The Field Service Engineer will work as part of an experienced team offering first-class customer support and will also move on to cover LCMS single and triple Quads.
- You will perform installation/validation of new instrumentation (IQ/OQ/PQ Testing) and maintain accurate inventory of spare parts in car stock.
- As the Analytical Equipment Specialist, you will report on all service jobs using SAP in a timely manner while troubleshooting with 48-hour response times.
- A relevant degree in a scientific discipline is ideal.
- Proven industry experience in HPLC/LCMS as well as maintenance and troubleshooting skills in a GLP/GMP environment.
