Overview

We are a leading manufacturer of industrial cleaning machinery, and we are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in the Cambridge area.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary up to £32,000 + overtime at time and a half, as well as certified training and manufacturer training courses provided. Other benefits include a company van, laptop, tools, and PPE, 20 days holiday + bank holidays, and career progression routes available.

Job Description

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing cutting-edge industrial cleaning equipment. This will involve managing stock and equipment, ensuring your vehicle is always fully prepared, delivering exceptional customer service, and working independently or alongside a team to tackle complex challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need mechanical/electrical experience and have worked in a related technical field, such as an engineer, mechanic, fitter, technician, or similar. Experience servicing, repairing, and maintaining equipment such as white goods, packaging machinery, forklifts, sweepers, or industrial cleaning machinery would be advantageous.
