Our client, a leading electrical equipment specialist, is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer (Electrical) to join their team. With a strong presence in the South East region, they provide top-notch power factor correction solutions to commercial and industrial clients.

 

Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, qualifications, and skill set. This includes opportunities for overtime, training, and progression.

 

Job Description

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing high-quality power factor correction equipment within a designated regional patch. Your initial training period will take place in Cambridge, with full support from your employer.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintenance, and installation of electrical equipment
  • Liaising and meeting with clients to understand their needs
  • Participating in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Covering a designated patch around the South East region

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field
  • Strong understanding of electrical principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license
