Technical Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Equipment Specialist to join nGenium in Cambridgeshire, UK.
About the Role:- Installation and commissioning of high-tech chemistry equipment is a key responsibility for this position.
- Maintenance, service, and repair of scientific instruments according to OEM training guidelines are essential skills required.
- Building relationships with clients through excellent customer service and equipment advice is critical to success in this role.
- Providing technical support via phone calls and email is also an important aspect of the job.
- A solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is necessary for this position.
- At least 2 years of field service experience working on laboratory, scientific, or medical equipment is required.
- A full clean driving license and unrestricted right to work in the UK are mandatory.
- A scientific or engineering educational background is preferred.
The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary that reflects the skills and qualifications required for this role.
