Drive Enterprise Growth as an Account Growth Specialist

Blink has revolutionised the way enterprises engage, motivate, and retain their people. As an Account Growth Specialist, you'll contribute to this vision by helping us acquire new business and expand our customer base.

You'll work closely with our cutting-edge platform, leveraging your expertise in SaaS software and the customer lifecycle to build strong relationships with prospective customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Qualifying customer pain points with precision & depth.
  • Working closely with an SDR to maintain a steady flow of inbound activity.
  • Building trust & credibility through strategic networking.
  • Developing growth strategies for inbound sales with the Head of Sales.

In return, you can look forward to:

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
