Enterprise Growth Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Growth Marketing Specialist to join our cross-functional team at VEED. As a key member of the Enterprise Marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and championing acquisition across different moments of the user journey.
About the TeamThe Enterprise Marketing team is responsible for enterprise revenue growth, focusing on acquisition through various channels and strategies, including content marketing, paid campaigns, and lead generation. You will collaborate closely with other marketing and sales teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders, to drive massive impact for VEED.
Responsibilities- Prioritize, create, and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple channels and strategies, leveraging content, webinars, lead forms, and more.
- Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve short- and long-term goals, optimizing for sustainable growth and ROI.
- Utilize and optimize Hubspot to accurately report on campaign and channel performance, ensuring data-driven decision making.
- Kickstart our ABM strategy by planning and executing targeted Account-Based Marketing initiatives.
- Lead the adoption of marketing technology that enables the team to meet its goals, working closely with the CRM team to implement lead nurturing workflows.
- Collaborate with SEO to develop content that attracts and converts B2B/Enterprise leads.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related fields.
- Proven expertise in B2B SaaS startup environments with sales-led or hybrid go-to-market motions.
- Strong knowledge of PPC, SEM, ABM, and content marketing best practices.
- Experience with Hubspot and business intelligence tools, such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, etc.
- An analytical mindset, capable of diving into data to inform campaign results, develop new ideas, and iterate programs.
- A team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
