We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as an Account and Data Executive. This role involves managing high-value enterprise customers in the SaaS or tech sector at a AAA tech company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with our customers, leading projects, negotiating deals, and driving customer growth initiatives.
  • Scope and deliver revenue-driving projects with our partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to align priorities, optimize performance, and uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Refine account management processes to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B account management with a proven track record of managing high-value enterprise customers in SaaS or tech at a AAA tech company.
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and deeply invested in the success of your accounts.
  • Strong operating rigor, including organizational and time management skills.
