Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Growth Director to join our team at Fastmarkets Group. This role is responsible for driving transformational revenue growth, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and customer focus.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for Top 100 clients, achieving accurate sales forecasts and performance to plan.
  • Negotiate complex contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that protect Fastmarkets' commercial interests.

  • Demonstrated success in leading strategic account management teams, driving transformational revenue growth, and ensuring long-term client partnerships.
  • Proven ability to inspire and influence others, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
