Director of Enterprise Growth

The Barton Partnership is looking for a Director of Enterprise Growth to lead their Group Strategy initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that drive business growth, working closely with the Group CEO and Board.
With a strong background in strategy consulting or Corporate Strategy Director roles within industry, you will possess an understanding of Life and General Insurance and asset management principles.
We offer a salary range of £140,000 - £220,000 per annum, based on experience.
