  • Manage the business relationship for top brands, driving engagement and feature adoption
  • Partner with sales, solutions engineering, and product teams to drive valuable engagements
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the account base

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success or adjacent roles related to renewals and account management
  • Familiarity with the composable architecture (MACH) approach and relevant SaaS services
  • Ability to analyze data points in relation to customer usage and growth on the Netlify Platform

  • $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience
