Redis Enterprise Key Account Manager

As a Sales Development Representative at Redis Enterprise, you will play a key role in generating interest in our products and services through targeted research, outbound activities, and following up on inbound requests. You will use a variety of communication channels to reach potential customers and conduct research on various key accounts where necessary.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our EMEA Sales Team, working alongside Account Executives and reporting directly to the SDR Manager, EMEA. As a member of our Field Sales organisation, you will be responsible for data enrichment and research of MQLs using resources such as SFDC and LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and executing established best practices and committed engagement cadences on time and on message using Outreach, Salesforce, Drift, and other tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Enrichment and research of MQLs using resources including SFDC and LinkedIn, ZoomInfo
• Execute established best practices and committed engagement cadences on time and on message, using Outreach, Salesforce, Drift, and other tools
• Conduct Outbound engagements (combo prospecting email+phone+social) to ideal customer profiles
• Handoff qualified opportunities to Account Executives
