Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager

As a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated territory with various markets and industries. You will lead the pre-to-post client lifecycle from the Account Management and Customer Success standpoint for our B2B products.

About the Role:
We are seeking a German-speaking Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in London. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will work closely with our international teams to help grow Goodnotes B2B product and client base.

Responsibilities:
- Enrich the customer journey and provide support throughout the client lifecycle.
- Serve as a valuable source of user feedback to help Goodnotes product development.
- Analyze territory and account data to make informed decisions about client engagement.
- Collaborate closely with our international teams to help grow Goodnotes B2B product and client base.

Requirements:
- Native level written and spoken German.
- Budget for home office setup, personal development, and health & wellness.
- Sponsored visits to our Hong Kong or London office every 2 years.
- Flexible working hours and location.
- Medical insurance for you and your dependents.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per year.
