About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Frasers Group as a Head Coach, where you will play a key role in representing the company as an ambassador for fitness. As a leader in the fitness industry, you will be responsible for driving national focuses and incentives, such as #WorkoutWednesday and in-gym challenges/events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Frasers Group as an ambassador for fitness, embodying the company's values and principles.
  • Lead national focuses and incentives, such as #WorkoutWednesday and in-gym challenges/events, to drive engagement and growth.
  • Advocate for the member onboarding program, MOVE, and deliver and lead by example in this area, supporting and training the wider team to improve confidence and delivery.
  • Own the REDEFINE product, driving cohort sales and high levels of engagement throughout the program.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers, with a focus on ownership of group training timetables and monitoring performance as per company KPIs.
  • Grow and optimize member engagement within your community, driving new member sales and retaining existing members to grow live member movement.
  • Deliver own on-shift classes as per gym guidelines, leading by example on reception and the gym floor in this member-facing role designed to enhance every visit.
  • Support the wider team by driving all revenue lines from membership sales to product and secondary sales, to drive profitability of the gym.
  • Lead by example, delivering honest, constructive feedback regularly to support all team members in achieving their potential and challenging them on a daily basis.
  • Drive personal training session sales to members and deliver personal training sessions each month.

Requirements

  • Possess a passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
  • Hold a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
  • Be a CIMSPA Practitioner level certified professional, with knowledge of running personal training sessions.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities and a passion for coaching others.
  • Have experience in delivering a variety of group training modalities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the most relevant fitness trends within the industry.
  • Be adaptable in communication and management style to motivate and inspire the team.
  • Display a positive, solutions-driven mindset in the face of adversity.
  • Exhibit a member champion mentality with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Be driven and ambitious, with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviors and competencies specific to the role.
  • Be flexible in working hours and location to support the needs of the business, including weekends and Bank Holidays when required.
