About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Frasers Group as a Head Coach, where you will play a key role in driving the success of our gyms. As a leader in the fitness industry, you will be responsible for representing our brand as an ambassador for fitness, demonstrating our elevated ways of working, and leading national focuses and incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Frasers Group as an ambassador for fitness, promoting our brand and values to members and staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive member engagement and retention, including the delivery of high-quality fitness classes and personal training sessions.
  • Lead and manage a team of fitness coaches and personal trainers, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Own and drive the REDEFINE product, working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and high levels of engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new fitness coaches and personal trainers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data, using insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to drive all revenue lines, including membership sales, product sales, and secondary revenue streams.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive, solutions-driven mindset and a member champion mentality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in the business.

Requirements

  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness, with a strong understanding of the fitness industry.
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and CIMSPA Practitioner level certification.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Experience in delivering a variety of group training modalities and personal training sessions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and staff.
  • Flexibility in working hours and location, with the ability to work weekends and Bank Holidays as required.
