About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Coach to join our team at Everlast Gyms. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our gyms and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate our elevated ways of working and embody the values of our brand.
  • Represent Everlast Gyms: Act as an ambassador for our brand, promoting our values and mission to our members and team.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive new member sales, retain existing members, and increase revenue.
  • Lead National Focuses: Develop and execute national initiatives, such as #WorkoutWednesday and in-gym challenges, to engage our members and drive results.
  • Recruit and Develop Team Members: Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
  • Own the REDEFINE Product: Drive cohort sales and high levels of engagement throughout the program.
  • Grow and Optimize Member Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to grow and optimize member engagement within our communities.
  • Delivery of On-Shift Classes: Deliver own on-shift classes as per gym guidelines.
  • Support the Wider Team: Support the wider team by driving all revenue lines, from membership sales to product and secondary sales, to drive profitability of the gym.
  • Lead by Example on Reception and the Gym Floor: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and lead by example on reception and the gym floor.
  • Drive Personal Training Session Sales: Drive personal training session sales to members and deliver personal training sessions each month.
Requirements
  • Passion for Health, Fitness, and Wellness: A genuine passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification: A Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
  • CIMSPA Practitioner Level Certification: CIMSPA Practitioner level certification.
  • Strong Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership qualities and a passion for coaching others.
  • Experienced Delivery of Group Training Modalities: Experienced delivery of a variety of group training modalities.
  • Adaptability in Communication and Management Style: Adaptability in communication and management style to motivate and inspire the team.
  • A Positive, Solutions-Driven Mindset: A positive, solutions-driven mindset in the face of adversity.
  • A Member Champion Mentality: A member champion mentality with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Driven and Ambitious: Driven and ambitious with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviors and competencies specific to the role.
  • Flexibility in Working Hours and Location: Flexibility in working hours and location to support the needs of the business, including weekends and Bank Holidays when required.
