About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our dedicated team at an adult day centre. As an Autism Support and Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and care to autistic adult learners.

Your key duties will include:

  • Delivering comprehensive support, care, and instruction to autistic adult learners
  • Designing and preparing lessons and activities tailored to individual needs
  • Implementing behaviour-driven teaching methodologies and interventions
  • Facilitating the application of learned skills in real-world contexts
  • Tracking and monitoring learner progress to provide effective, customised support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with adults or young people with disabilities (desirable)
