Randstad Education is seeking a compassionate and skilled Adult Support Worker to join their team at an educational centre near Guildford. About the Position
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic individual to work closely with our clients, promoting independence and well-being in a supportive educational environment. Your background in caregiving, teaching, or a related field will be highly valued as you assist our clients in achieving their goals and overcoming challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support and care to individuals with disabilities
- Assist clients in developing life skills and independence through tailored support plans
- Collaborate with the centre's multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support

Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in caregiving, teaching, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
