Office Administrator

Hybrid Role

£24,000 – £28,000

May & Stephens, a reputable and established real estate consultancy, is seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join their growing team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for an individual with exceptional document production skills and a desire to advance their skills further.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to allocated Directors/Senior Associates, including diary management, expense processing, travel arrangements, and other tasks as required.
  • Proofread documents to ensure high-quality output.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks delegated by Service Co-Ordinators/PAs.
  • Support all operational teams with tasks such as CV production, presentations, Visio, HR templates, business development, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Assist with testing Office upgrades and implementing template solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar professional services role, preferably within the same industry.
  • Advanced Office 365 skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with a document management system (SharePoint would be beneficial).
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Microsoft Office Specialist or equivalent certification would be beneficial.
