Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the face of Assystem UK, ensuring a warm welcome for all visitors.
  • Manage the reception desk, coordinate visitor passes, and maintain security processes.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, including tea, coffee, and stationery.
  • Liaise with the landlord and facilities team as needed.
  • Support large meetings and events, including organization, minute-taking, and coordination.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, printing, and scanning.
  • Assist with recruitment administration, including formatting documents.
  • Act as the Responsible Health & Safety Officer for the Bristol office, ensuring adequate levels of H&S and reporting any issues to the H&S team.
  • Manage office equipment, coordinating with IT Support for troubleshooting and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Administrator or Office Manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop positive working relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and with conflicting priorities.
  • Organized and well-presented, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and good literacy skills.
  • Initiative, judgment, and drive to resolve day-to-day challenges independently.
