About the Role:

NAVEX is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Nordic team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for researching, prospecting, and contacting leads to generate qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed monthly quota by utilizing your ability to assess a prospect's "fit" and book meetings
  • Generate qualified business opportunities by cold calling, emailing, and engaging in conversations with prospects
  • Document, track, and monitor all leads and activities in Salesforce
  • Utilize smart, targeted discovery questions to speak knowledgeably with decision makers such as VPs, Directors, and C-suite personnel
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our full range of risk and compliance solutions and services, conveying that knowledge to potential customers, and adhering to company messaging and positioning
  • Nurture relationships with longer-term prospects
  • Conduct territory development best practices with email, phone, and chat using sales enablement tools and technology to connect with new prospects and current customers

Requirements:

  • Professional fluency in Swedish and Finnish
  • 1 year's sales, telemarketing, or lead generation experience is a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus
  • Interest in cloud computing, technology, and SaaS offerings
  • A tenacious work ethic with a desire to have a career in sales
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong desire to achieve monthly quotas and maintain a high activity output
  • A modest yet assertive and confident demeanor with empathy and compassion
  • A curious and creative mindset
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of product and industry knowledge (selling), effective communication, and opportunity management
  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results, and instills trust
