About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our e-commerce operations team at HeadX. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic thinker to drive growth and profitability in our fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies that align with our company goals, leveraging 7+ years of experience in senior leadership roles in e-commerce and brand companies.
  • Manage logistics and supply chain operations, as well as back-office functions including HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Administration, and Operations.
  • Drive scalability through business development and sales initiatives, while maintaining high Emotional Intelligence, excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and Strategic Leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Founding team to establish systems, processes, and procedures to ensure minimal risk and maximize revenue growth.
About You
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in executive and senior leadership roles in e-commerce and brand companies.
  • Prior success in growing revenue from $1 Million to $30 Million within 5 years.
  • Strong understanding of financials, P&L (Profits and Losses), Accounting, and Budget planning.
  • A proven track record of managing a team of 10 or more for over 7 years.
  • Experience working across different time zones, with fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
