As a key member of our e-commerce team at Aspinal of London, you will play a crucial role in driving online sales growth by ensuring seamless product data management and optimisation. This hybrid role involves working both remotely and from our London locations.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Gathering, inputting, and maintaining accurate product information across our e-commerce platform, including descriptions, specifications, prices, and images;
  • Uploading data efficiently in line with product launch schedules;
  • Maintaining data consistency;

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of e-commerce experience, preferably with a focus on product data management. They should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools, familiar with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify), and possess knowledge of SEO principles and e-commerce best practices.

Requirements
  • Experience in e-commerce, particularly in product data management;
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with e-commerce platforms;
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks under pressure;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Collaborative team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
