Penguin Random House Children's UK is seeking a skilled E-commerce Product Executive to drive the growth of our digital landscape. This role involves managing and executing the e-commerce strategy, marketing implementation, and building our direct-to-consumer business.

The Opportunity

This position requires a strong understanding of consumer products and the ability to explain why certain products work for specific brands. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer-focused e-commerce, sales, or digital trading role, with a proven track record of building Amazon store fronts and working within Amazon's advertising platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage AMS campaigns, considering key products from licensees.
  • Optimise all branded Amazon store fronts and develop bespoke marketing activity calendars.
  • Collaborate with and support licensees with new product launches, online exclusive ranges, promotional campaigns, and cross-category activations.
  • Manage the relationship with our DTC e-comm partner across our branded print-on-demand and personalisation stores.
  • Support marketing of the stores and manage paid-for and organic marketing.
Requirements
  • Prior experience of working in a customer-focused e-commerce, sales, or digital trading role, and dealing with product catalogues across various marketplaces.
  • Demonstrated ability to build Amazon store fronts and work within Amazon's advertising platform.
  • Experience in e-commerce copywriting and product catalogue management.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify problems, generate solutions, analyse data, and report findings.
  • A solid understanding of key e-commerce KPIs with the ability to analyse data and make recommendations for improvements.
