About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Concessions Manager to join our Head Office team in South-West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of planned sales targets through the management of product launches and trade performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Launch:
  • Own the product data and asset process using our PIM system, ensuring smooth and on-time product launches to online concessions.
  • Manage and maintain the Product Launch Tracker in season, liaising with internal stakeholders to meet critical path deadlines.
  • Liaise with Logistics to deliver stock into online concession DC's.
  • Produce a weekly 'In Stock Not Online' report highlighting the number of lines due to go live that week and how many have launched vs not noting reasons why – late sample, image, copy etc.
  • Conduct daily site walks to ensure product data, pricing, and assets have gone live accurately and in line with brand guidelines.
  • Support the Online Concessions Manager with the onboarding of new online concessions.

Trade:

  • Develop strong working relationships with concession partners through regular communication and participation in Trade meetings.
  • Set up and report on daily, weekly, and monthly trade performance, communicating with all key stakeholders and presenting in relevant meetings.
  • Support in the implementation of trade actions and communicate required actions to the relevant internal and external partners.
  • Manage the online concessions Forward Planning Calendar and keep up to date with all concession partner promotional activity.
  • Manage the Marketing calendar, coordinate assets, and sample requests for promotional activity and upcoming campaigns to support trade throughout the season.
  • Coordinate the Ben Sherman brand shop on online concessions and update with Campaign assets.
  • Work with the online concessions Merchandiser to optimise stock availability and highlight areas of opportunities and concern.

Requirements:

  • An excellent understanding of e-commerce and concession management principles.
  • A strong track record of delivering sales growth and improving trading performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills and precise attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate experience using MS Applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.
