We are seeking a dynamic and motivated E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team in Singapore. This full-time internship opportunity is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the global e-commerce business and looking to gain hands-on experience in Deals Operations & Account Management.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with the deals and events manager and sales teams around the world to improve processes, manage performance metrics, support the successful execution of key events, and get a chance to work with sellers to grow their business on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Deals Specialist and work with multiple local sales teams to validate deals and promotions, create deal templates, conduct audits, and deliver performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, driving automation and increasing overall team efficiencies.
  • Analyze data and deliver insights to improve deal performance.
  • Develop and track key performance metrics using Excel and other internal Amazon systems.
  • Contribute to event operations by sourcing deals, communicating with sellers, loading deals, and delivering performance reports.
  • Negotiate/sell Amazon features, provide primary post-sales general and/or technical support to third-party sellers.
  • Monitor and maintain performance, working with Selling Partners to improve performance and proactively address any issues that may impact revenue generation.
Requirements:
  • Penultimate year Bachelor's student.
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship from January to June 2025.
  • Expected graduation from July 2025 onwards.
  • Candidates must be able to legally work in Singapore.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in using Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated to work proactively on tasks.
  • Data-driven and comfortable working on data analyst tasks.
  • Experience in the global e-commerce business.
  • Interest in e-commerce and cross-border business.
  • Experience in analyzing data and metrics, delivering business insights, and proposing recommendations.
