Job Description
  • This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of merchant accounts, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure client success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Serve as the main contact for merchant accounts, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional service and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, analyse data, and provide clients with insights.
