Senior Manager for HR and OD

NHS England is seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Deputy Director for People Services Development. This position involves providing strategic leadership to the delivery of the Future of NHS HR and OD programme, as well as overseeing the programme office.
Main Duties- Lead the design and delivery of the future Target Operating Model for People Services.
- Develop and implement new workforce solutions from an NHSE perspective.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, vision, strategic thinking, and planning with highly developed political skills. A CIPD Fellow qualification is also desirable. The estimated salary for this position is around £85,000 per annum.
